The Goods
We endeavor to give as much detailed information as is reasonable about the products we sell.
All images, descriptive matter, specifications and advertising on our site are for the sole purpose of giving an approximate description of the goods.
We always try to make sure that the information given on our site is as up to date as possible but we cannot guarantee that this will always be the case.
Full detailed specifications are possibly available on other websites, if you require more information on an item please contact us BEFORE you purchase.
Payment and Price
The total price payable for the goods and delivery will be as shown at the time when you place your order.
We are entitled to make adjustments to the price if due to an error or omission the price published for the goods is wrong whether or not the order has been confirmed.
Errors like these are very unusual, and we will always inform you of the correct price and give you the opportunity to cancel the order.
Payment Methods
All major credit and debit cards, Google Pay, Apple Pay.
Incorrect information will cause a delay in processing your order.
Your order will only be processed once authorisation of your payment method has been properly received.
You may also pay by cheque or postal order although we cannot dispatch the goods until payment has been cleared which can take up to 5 working days.
Availability of Goods
All products and services are subject to availability and may be withdrawn at any time.
If we do not supply the goods for any reason we will not charge you for them, and we will refund any money already paid. However, we will not be responsible for compensating you for any other losses you may suffer if we do not supply the goods.
Delivery Charges
All prices on our website are exclusive of delivery charges which will be added to the price of the products when added to the shopping cart.

Delivery Times
We send our items every day from Monday to Friday. In general, parcels go out within one day of receiving cleared payment.
Any orders which arrive after 12pm on a Friday or over a weekend will go out on the following Monday (excluding bank holidays).
Risk
Once we have delivered the goods to your door you are responsible for them.We will only deliver goods to the address on the order and parcels usually require a signature.
It is very unusual for our parcels to be damaged in transit, or the incorrect goods supplied. In the unlikely event there is a problem then please do not hesitate to contact us.
On occasion we may require a photo of damage caused in the mail system, so we may claim for the damage through postal insurance.
Product Warranty
Products sold by Holisticshop.co.uk are guaranteed against defects in material and workmanship for a period of one year. Please note we cannot accept responsibility for damage resulting from misuse.
Returned Goods
Notification of damage of wrongly shipped goods or incompletely shipped goods should be made within 60 days of delivery. Any claim made outside of 14 days will not be accepted.
The Buyer will be liable for the cost of remedying damage to returned goods where such damage has in the opinion of the Seller been caused by the goods being inadequately packaged by the Buyer.
The Seller’s failure to insist upon strict adherence to any of the terms and conditions with this contract shall not be deemed a waiver of its rights within these terms and conditions.
Prior to returning any products, please contact us within 14 days from the date of delivery.
If you do not return goods within 14 days after you have informed us that you wish to cancel your order, your right to cancel will be withdrawn.
Legal Liability
The contracts from the sales of goods by Holisticbjewellery.co.uk shall be subject to and governed by English law.
Liability of Holisticbjewellery.co.uk shall in no circumstance exceed the original value of the price charged for the goods. Holisticshop.co.uk cannot accept liability for injury or negative consequence of using the products it sells.

The terms and conditions shown above do not affect your statutory rights. We will treat each order for goods as an offer by you to purchase the goods subject to the terms and conditions as detailed above.
